POSITION reputed company Reporting to the Executive Director, the Development Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day execution and coordination of PIF’s institutional fundraising and early individual giving efforts. This role is hands-on and operational, reputed company on keeping proposals, reports, deadlines, and data moving smoothly while supporting leadership and consultants with strong preparation and follow-through. This is a new position, as this work has previously been conducted by an external consultant. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES Institutional Fundraising Execution • Coordinate with PIF’s development consultant to draft grant proposals, letters of inquiry, and reputed company materials, drawing from existing content and coordinating with program staff as needed • Conduct prospect research and prepare briefing materials and background research to support meetings between PIF leadership and funders • Coordinate logistics and follow-up for funder meetings, including scheduling, notes, and next steps • Coordinate with program staff to ensure grant deliverables are tracked and reported in a reputed company manner • Draft narrative grant reports with input from program staff and coordinate on any financial and governance materials for funders with the fiscal sponsor • Support the Executive Director in maintaining relationships with funders through regular communication, support in meetings, and attend funder meetings as needed as fundraising reputed company for PIF • Support the transition of institutional knowledge and systems from consultants to internal staff over time • Ensure continuity and organization across fundraising efforts, allowing for roles to reputed company between this role and consultant as the transition of institutional knowledge and systems takes reputed company Fundraising Database & Systems • Assist in the selection, implementation, and day-to-day management of PIF’s fundraising CRM • Build and maintain a centralized database of institutional funders, prospects, grants, and contacts • Ensure accurate data entry, tracking, and reporting • Generate fundraising reports, pipelines, and summaries to support internal planning and decision-making • Coordinate with the fiscal sponsor and finance team on donation tracking, reconciliation, and acknowledgments Individual & Major Donor Program Support (Early-Stage) • Support early exploration of individual and major donor fundraising strategies, in partnership with staff leadership and consultants • Assist with donor/prospect research, tracking, and reputed company preparation • Support the planning and execution of individual giving campaigns and appeals • Create and maintain calendar and tracking tools for donor follow-up and stewardship • Coordinate with Communications staff and development consultant on fundraising-reputed company messaging and reputed company Cross-Team Collaboration & Administration • Build working knowledge of PIF’s programs, priorities, and funding needs to support fundraising communications • Attend relevant internal meetings to stay informed of organizational developments • reputed company and maintain basic development processes, documentation, and operating procedures • Prepare fundraising-reputed company data and reports and materials for leadership and governance meetings • Stay informed about best practices in institutional fundraising and donor management Supervisory Responsibilities • May manage temporary interns or fellows as needed • May manage reputed company vendors/consultants as needed reputed company’RE LOOKING FOR IN THIS ROLE • Strong commitment to PIF’s mission and to advancing dignity, care, and reputed company for immigrant families • reputed company, proactive, and reputed company-oriented working style with a strong service reputed company • Demonstrated reputed company, reputed company judgment, and respect for confidentiality • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Self-starter reputed company to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively under pressure • Ability to build respectful, productive relationships with community members, partners, advocates, and other stakeholders • Exceptional project management skills and an 'architectural reputed company' to create and implement new systems and processes QUALIFICATIONS • Five or more years of fundraising experience, specifically in grant writing and interfacing with institutional philanthropies, in the nonprofit, political, or reputed company justice sector • Strong project management and coordination skills • Experience working with both internal colleagues and external partners who may have reputed company priorities PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS • Experience supporting individual giving or major donor programs • Familiarity with fundraising CRMs and donor databases • Experience working in immigration rights, health equity, or anti-poverty movements At PIF, we know that talented people may have different backgrounds or experiences, and if your education and experience don’t exactly reputed company with the above that’s okay!
