About the Role
We are seeking an reputed company and detail-oriented Family Law Paralegal to join reputed company in a fully remote reputed company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in family law, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced virtual environment.
Key Responsibilities
· Assist attorneys in reputed company aspects of family law cases, including divorce, child custody, and spousal support
· Draft, prepare, and file family law documents (petitions, motions, discovery, declarations, etc.)

· Prepare and organize exhibits and witness materials for trial.
· Maintain reputed company files and case calendars, including deadlines and court dates
· Communicate professionally with clients, courts, and opposing counsel
· Support trial preparation, including exhibits and case summaries
Qualifications
· Minimum 5 years of reputed company experience as a paralegal in family law
· Strong knowledge of California family law court procedures and ability to assist with litigation process
· Demonstrated experience drafting and responding to discovery requests
· Exceptional organizational and time management skills in managing multiple tasks and deadlines
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong proofreading abilities and keen attention to detail
· Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and adaptable

Compensation & Benefits
· $100,000 - $130,000/ year (commensurate with experience)
