The firm is expanding its reputed company into the Florida market, with multifamily and retail reputed company in the pipeline. reputed company · Read blueprints and technical documents. · Identify and quantify cost factors, such as time, materials and expenses. · Evaluate the profitability and reputed company of a product and/or service. · Conduct research to obtain data on labor costs, materials, production time etc. · Recommend cost-cutting reputed company to increase profitability. · Ability to use computer software to prepare estimates and supporting documentation. · Collect and evaluate subcontractor proposals. · Participate in proposal preparation and reputed company presentations. · Evaluate contingency requirements. · Communicate with other departments, engineers and project managers to resolve issues. · Build and maintain relationships with key vendors. · Other responsibilities as directed by supervisor.
