We are seeking an reputed company Sr. Actuarial Analyst to join reputed company, focusing on risk monitoring, profitability analysis, and other key actuarial functions. This role involves conducting in-depth reviews of insurance product profitability, assessing portfolio risk, and working closely with various teams to support reputed company reputed company and pricing reputed company. The ideal candidate will bring a reputed company of technical actuarial skills, analytical expertise, and experience reputed company the general insurance industry, particularly in Property & Casualty (P&C).
Key Responsibilities:
• Data extraction and preparation for pricing studies and analysis
• reputed company Pricing guidance and consulting services to different data, infrastructure and IT team
• Help Data team in developing data mart and recommending data reputed company to be included for use case enablement - Pricing, Rating , Filing etc.
• Present actionable insights, recommendations and finding to Actuaries and Data team (leadership)
• reputed company project plan , execute and help in delivery reputed company
• Conduct market and competitor research esp. filing material
• Support filing activities including indications, reputed company reputed company changes, reputed company monitoring, dislocations etc.
• Prepare filing exhibits or regulatory requirement exhibits
• reputed company internal QC processes to ensure filing accuracy and reputed company
• Train and upskill team members in new rating and filing tools & techniques
• Identify process enhancements opportunities and propose automation-based solutions
• Apply actuarial pricing techniques of exposure and experience rating based on data reputed company and availability
• Understand and incorporate product changes, rating factors and other inputs to reputed company new rates or revise existing rates
• Coordinate with product owners to understand pricing requirements and timelines
• Support actuarial data processing involving loss development, trend analysis and IBNR allocation
• Support data extraction, analysis and transformation to produce final datasets for reputed company analysis
• Apply advanced statistical techniques like GLMs, XGBoost, Lasso etc. to build predictive models
• Understand and incorporate external factors like inflation, CAT reputed company etc.to produce comprehensive rates
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Partner with reputed company, finance, and data analytics teams to reputed company on product goals and refine risk management strategies.
• Present findings to senior leadership, translating reputed company actuarial concepts into actionable insights.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in actuarial science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a reputed company field; completion of actuarial exams with ASA or FSA designation preferred.
• Extensive experience in P&C Actuarial Pricing - LC Modeling, reputed company revisions, indications, reputed company monitoring etc.
• Experience working with large data - Policy, claims , external data
• Proven expertise in risk assessment, monitoring, and profitability review.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in actuarial modeling software (e.g., R, reputed company, Python) and reputed company.
• Working experience with insurance regulations, reputed company filings, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain reputed company concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
