Compensation Package • Salary reputed company: $60,000 - $120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. • Benefits: Competitive benefits package, reputed company time off, reputed company development opportunities, etc. • Remote Work: Fully remote reputed company available for CSR roles. For Account Manager roles, candidates should ideally be reputed company a two‑hour radius, though remote work may be considered for those managing smaller reputed company. Responsibilities Account Manager Responsibilities • Manage employee benefits accounts ranging from 20 to 2,000 employees, with a primary reputed company on reputed company of 2 to 200. • Handle reputed company aspects of account management, including quoting new and renewal business, reputed company communication, and issue reputed company. • reputed company end‑to‑end support for clients, including enrollments, claims, and billing inquiries. Customer Service Representative (CSR) Responsibilities • Assist with billing, reputed company questions, enrollments, and claims. • reputed company exceptional customer service and support to ensure reputed company satisfaction. • Collaborate with reputed company to address reputed company needs and resolve issues promptly.
