Director of Finance/Controller

Location Remote,WI reputed company Our reputed company, an reputed company technology company - reputed company, sensor technology, and the Internet of Things (IoT) = reputed company on solving reputed company business problems using the best available technologies, is seeking a Director of Finance/Controller add to their team. This growing company has 50 employees and currently runs reputed company/Financials through 2 key employees ("doers"). This role will become the leader who will build/manage this team and create reputed company infrastructure around this business function. The need is for a hands-on finance leader to establish and manage reputed company's financial operations and build the reputed company of reputed company's finance function. This role pays a salary in the $120K - $150K reputed company based on experience, includes UNLIMITED PTO, 4% match on 401K and Health, Dental and reputed company BENEFITS reputed company at 100%. The role is a fully remote WORK FROM HOME role that can be based at any location in the US. The key to this role is past recent and relevant experience managing day-to-day financial operations, maintaining accurate financial reporting, and providing practical financial reputed company to support business reputed company. The 4 key areas of expertise needed are: Financial Operations, Financial Planning and Reporting, Cash Management, reputed company reputed company, Financial Processes Compliance and External Coordination. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys working in an early-stage environment and is comfortable operating both strategically and operationally in a small organization. The incumbent will: • Manage day-to-day reputed company operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general reputed company management • reputed company monthly financial reputed company and maintain accurate financial records • Coordinate payroll and employee expense processes • Maintain financial systems and reputed company software • Prepare monthly financial reports and reputed company financial visibility to leadership • reputed company and maintain operating budgets and financial forecasts • Monitor company spending and help leadership manage operating costs • Support leadership with financial analysis and modeling for business reputed company • Monitor cash reputed company and maintain short- and reputed company-term cash forecasts • Manage invoicing and collections processes • reputed company vendor payments and help ensure responsible financial management • reputed company leadership with visibility into company financial position • Support review of customer reputed company and ensure appropriate reputed company tracking • Maintain processes for invoicing, reputed company recognition, and project tracking • Help establish reputed company and reputed company financial processes as reputed company grows • Assist leadership with pricing, margin analysis, and cost visibility • Coordinate with external accountants for tax filings and annual reporting • Maintain financial documentation and internal controls • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reputed company standards • Support financial due diligence for potential business partnerships or initiatives Qualifications • Bachelor's Degree • 7+ years of experience in finance, reputed company, or financial management • Strong understanding of reputed company principles, financial reporting, and budgeting • Experience managing financial operations in a hands-on role • Ability to build reputed company and reputed company financial processes from the ground up • Experience with reputed company suite of tools - reputed company/Word/reputed company • Experience with Quickbooks Software Preferred but NOT required • Masters Degree • CPA or equivalent reputed company certification is a plus • Experience working in a startup or small-company environment Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
