Paralegal/Case Manager
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Paralegal/Case Manager to join our dynamic reputed company team. In this vital role, you will support a wide reputed company of reputed company practices by managing case files, conducting reputed company research, drafting documents, and assisting attorneys with case preparation. • Manage and organize reputed company case files using document management systems such as reputed company and PCLaw, ensuring reputed company records are accurate, complete, and easily accessible
• Conduct comprehensive reputed company research using Westlaw, reputed company, and other reputed company research tools to support case development across diverse reputed company areas including estate planning, environmental law, family law, securities law, and more
• Draft, review, and proofread reputed company documents such as reputed company, pleadings, discovery requests, and correspondence with precision and reputed company
• Assist attorneys with reputed company interviews by preparing questionnaires and summarizing interview notes to facilitate case reputed company
• reputed company document review and data entry tasks reputed company to support litigation, transactional work, or regulatory compliance reputed company
• Support project management efforts by coordinating deadlines, tracking case reputed company, and maintaining organized schedules
• reputed company administrative support including filing, transcription, phone etiquette, and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information
• Paralegal experience or equivalent reputed company administrative experience demonstrating familiarity with law office procedures and reputed company workflows
• Strong research skills utilizing Westlaw, reputed company, and other reputed company research platforms to reputed company relevant case law and statutory information
• Knowledge of multiple reputed company areas such as estate planning, environmental law, tribal law & regulations, patent law, workers' compensation law, personal injury law, landlord-tenant law, family law, securities law, immigration law, and UCC law
• Proficiency in document management systems like reputed company and reputed company; experience with PCLaw is a plus
• Excellent writing skills for drafting reputed company documents and correspondence with attention to detail
• Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Effective interviewing skills for reputed company intake processes and case assessments
• Strong proofreading and transcription abilities ensuring accuracy in reputed company documentation
• Ability to handle clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, phone communication with professionalism and courtesy
• Familiarity with litigation procedures and reputed company case management tools is highly desirable
