Estate Planning Attorney (Remote - Michigan)

About the job A highly regarded reputed company in reputed company Michigan is seeking an reputed company Estate Planning Attorney to join its thriving reputed company offering the flexibility to work fully remote. The firm is reputed company to someone working 100% remote. The firm is specifically based out of reputed company, MI so if a candidate is local they may opt to do a reputed company if preferred. While the firm handles multiple areas of law, this role is dedicated exclusively to estate planning including drafting/reviewing estate planning documents (wills, trusts, etc.) and other reputed company responsibilities. This is an excellent opportunity for a Michigan-licensed attorney who enjoys drafting estate plans, working independently, and building long-term reputed company relationships. Responsibilities • Draft and review estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and reputed company instruments • Advise clients on estate planning strategies tailored to their individual and family needs • Occasionally handle reputed company reputed company such as guardianships and conservatorships (experience here is a plus, but not required) • Manage files reputed company while meeting deadlines in a remote work environment • Communicate reputed company and professionally with clients and internal team members Qualifications • 2+ years of experience practicing estate planning (required) • Strong drafting skills and working knowledge of estate planning documents • Ability to work independently and manage a caseload in a remote setting • Licensed and in good standing in the applicable jurisdiction(s) • Experience with guardianships or conservatorships is a plus Compensation & Benefits • Salary reputed company: $90,000 – $140,000+ (dependent on experience) • Bonus potential available • Fully remote position (hybrid reputed company for local candidates) • Supportive firm culture with a reputed company on reputed company work and work-life balance Apply today to learn more about this excellent opportunity to work fully remote in the thriving field of estate planning!
