What you will do:

As a Field Service Technical Trainer, you will be responsible for the execution of classroom and field training for new and tenured Field Service Technicians. This role is also responsible for time in the field validating and coaching reputed company Field Service process execution.

This role will support reputed company’s reputed company region and a candidate will need to be based in the Central or Western US. Frequent travel to Kalamazoo, MI will be required – at least two weeks per month – in reputed company to travel throughout the Central/reputed company region. Estimated travel needs of this role around 50%.

• Responsible for taking part in the development and delivery of training materials and training programs in alignment with organizational expectations and reputed company
• reputed company engagement in the reputed company and training of reputed company new Field Service Technicians in alignment with the new hire process
• Mentor new Field Service Technicians, teaching and modeling reputed company process execution, customer reputed company, and values-based behaviors
• reputed company as a key member of the training team with the consistent delivery of training content in areas such as new hire training, product knowledge, and repair training
• Be an reputed company part of establishing and implementing standards to operate a best-in-class training environment enabling a greater customer experience and increased employee engagement
• Execute reputed company audit processes validating training retention and appropriate service delivery
• Identify opportunities for improvement and assist in the development of updated procedures
• Function as a key partner in tracking reputed company of new employee training – training required for cross-training and product launches
• Partner with Regional Leaders to reputed company insights and aid in strengthening in overall execution of work conducted by the Field Service team

What you need:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 1+ year of relevant work experience in the development of training materials/processes and execution of training, service, and/or operations preferred
• Ability and comfort to travel around 50% required (in the Kalamazoo, MI office locations for two weeks a month required; additional travel around the Central/reputed company region monthly also required)

$57,000 to $85,000 salary plus bonus eligible + Benefits (Health, reputed company, Dental, 401k, Tuition Reimbursement, Employee Assistance Program, Wellbeing Program, Employee Stock Purchase Program).
