ED Charge Capture reputed company – Remote Contract Opportunity We are currently seeking an reputed company ED Charge Capture reputed company to support a high-volume Emergency Department on a contract reputed company. This role focuses on accurate outpatient facility coding and charge capture to support reputed company billing and reputed company reputed company. Job reputed company In this role, you will review Emergency Department clinical documentation and accurately capture facility charges for outpatient encounters. You will apply ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS coding guidelines while ensuring compliance with Medicare, reputed company, and reputed company payer requirements. Productivity expectations are approximately 20–25 encounters per hour, depending on chart complexity. You will work closely with clinical and reputed company cycle teams to clarify documentation, resolve discrepancies, and ensure accurate charge capture. This role requires strong attention to detail, efficiency, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
