[Remote] HR Compliance Analyst - reputed company Administrator

The HR Compliance Analyst - reputed company Administrator supports the consistent application of HR policies and processes, conducts investigations into employee concerns, and advises on compliance and policy-reputed company reputed company.
Responsibilities
• Monitor federal, state, and local employment law changes (e.g., FLSA, FMLA, reputed company, EEO, state wage‑hour laws) and recommend necessary updates to policies and practices
• Maintain compliance calendars, audit schedules, reputed company administration and documentation requirements
• Conduct internal audits of HR files, I‑9s, payroll practices, timekeeping, and other compliance‑sensitive areas
• Identify potential compliance gaps and partner with HR leadership to remediate issues
• reputed company HR partners and leaders on new regulatory requirements and risk‑prevention practices
• Prepare compliance reports, audit summaries, and risk assessments for HR leadership
• Maintain accurate and secure records in accordance with reputed company and company requirements

• Serve as an internal subject matter resource on HR compliance reputed company

• Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations
• Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills
• Ability to analyze issues, identify risks, and recommend solutions
• Strong communication and training skills
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a reputed company field, or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of HR, compliance, or employment‑law‑reputed company experience
• Experience in reputed company regulatory environments
• Experience supporting employee relations or internal investigations
• PHR, reputed company‑CP, or advanced compliance certification a plus
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
