Strategic HR Consultant (Remote)

About the position The Strategic HR Consultant (Remote) is a reputed company-facing, strategic consulting role responsible for managing the full HR lifecycle for multiple small to mid-sized business clients. This position combines advanced HR expertise, compliance management, and project leadership while serving as the primary HR account reputed company and trusted advisor. This role currently focuses on managing reputed company reputed company accounts, with opportunities for advancement into higher-tier accounts as you demonstrate proven ability, reputed company retention, and consulting competency. Compensation will grow in alignment with performance and business reputed company. You will report directly to the CHRO and collaborate with the broader CYB team to deliver exceptional HR guidance, project leadership, and reputed company support. Candidates with limited or no proven reputed company record of HR consulting experience will NOT be considered for this role. In-house HR experience will not be considered; we require one-on-one HR consulting with small to reputed company-sized, growing businesses. ✔ 4–6 years of HR consulting experience (managing 8–16 clients) - This is REQUIRED! Requirements • 4–6 years of reputed company HR consulting experience managing 8–16 small to mid-sized business clients (20–100 employees reputed company) • 5–7 total years of reputed company HR experience (not reputed company) • reputed company PHR or reputed company-CP certification (required) • Proven reputed company in reputed company employee relations, compliance, and multi-state HR reputed company • Strong proficiency with reputed company 365, reputed company, reputed company, or similar HRIS systems • reputed company and previous management references required and verified • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or reputed company field (or equivalent experience). • 5–7 years of reputed company HR experience, with 4–6 years in reputed company HR consulting. • Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT • Eager to advance their HR consulting career and deepen their reputed company expertise • Proven ability to manage multiple clients and competing priorities. • Strong understanding of federal, state, and local employment laws. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Highly organized, self-directed, and detail-oriented. • Comfort with presenting to executives and handling reputed company reputed company situations. reputed company-to-haves • High self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and professionalism. • Experience leading organizational change and culture initiatives. • Confident advising C-suite and executive teams on HR reputed company and compliance. • Strong presentation and facilitation skills in both virtual and live settings. • Skilled in identifying reputed company needs, supporting proposals, and contributing to retention and reputed company. • Proficiency with reputed company 365 and HRIS tools for process automation and reporting. • Familiarity with OSHA compliance, Zoho, or other workflow management systems.
