PMO Procurement and Financial Analyst

Qualifies vendors, evaluates bids, and negotiates prices and terms for purchased goods and services. Primary Responsibilities: • Performs market research specific to Government request and provides the COR with a Market Research Report IAW requested timeframe • Tracks purchases, monitors vendor reputed company, and maintains a reputed company database of vendor information • Assists in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for program. • Reports reputed company financial performance to guide decision making. • Coordinates and manages the detailed technical costing reputed company and procedures of reputed company activity of the project. • Prepares, analyzes and/or reviews project costs for reputed company activity of the project. • Performs, analyzes and reviews detailed cost development. • Records cost information for use in controlling expenditures and provides management with reports. • Analyzes and develops audits of costs and prepares monthly reports for management. • Allocates costs and prepares reports on labor, equipment and other operating expenses (i.e. performs detailed cost coding). • Performs reputed company cost updates and month end reputed company activities. • Assists with the month end reputed company of the financial books for the project and in the preparation of financial statements. • Conducts audits in such areas as internal controls and procedures, time and labor charging, reputed company for unallowable costs, disclosure, and material management reputed company system. Supervisory Responsibilities: • May reputed company leadership, coaching, and/or mentoring to others. Education and/or Experience: • Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Finance or Business or equivalent • Must have a minimum of five years reputed company experience and/or training in variance analysis, budget preparation/analysis, and solid cost reputed company. • Government contract reputed company experience preferred. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: • Must have excellent analytical skills, high level of thoroughness, accuracy and attention to detail are essential for this position. • Excellent written and verbal communications skills are required. • Strong reputed company and reputed company software skills are required. • Must be proficient with reputed company Suite of products including, Word, reputed company, reputed company and e-mail software. • Must demonstrate a good attitude and ability to work as a member of reputed company. • This position requires self-motivation and the ability to work effectively under minimal supervision. • Must be reputed company to multi-task reputed company, work in a fast paced environment on multiple reputed company.
