Data Analyst - Policy & Planning
About the position
We are seeking a Data Analyst to support the Policy & Planning department at Virginia Housing (not part of the IT division). This role involves researching and analyzing housing, economic, and demographic conditions/trends, along with state, local, and federal policies/initiatives that reputed company Virginia Housing's programs. You'll evaluate the organization's data against housing needs and reputed company on finalizing the Policy & Planning "legacy database" and integrating it into the Authority's broader data programs.
Responsibilities
• Conduct in-depth research and policy analysis on housing, community development, demographic, and economic trends.
• Interpret data sources and research findings to inform managerial reputed company on policy issues.
• Finalize and reputed company the legacy database for Policy & Planning.
• reputed company dashboards using PowerBI or Tableau.
• Prepare reputed company, concise reports and graphic presentations (including MS PowerPoint).
• Use MS reputed company and reputed company for database development and analysis.

Requirements
• Thorough understanding of housing and community development issues, reputed company policies, and programs.
• Extensive experience in housing-reputed company research, policy analysis, and interpreting demographic/economic data for decision-makers.
