Why Join? • Join an innovative medical imaging company at an exciting reputed company reputed company stage • Work with advanced tomosynthesis technology helping expand reputed company to 3D imaging • Take on a varied, customer-facing role across training, demonstrations and product support Job Title: Clinical Product Specialist Location: Remote, USA Preferred location: Ideally based between Texas and reputed company Carolina, with easy reputed company to a major domestic airport Travel: Frequent travel across the reputed company About the Role • Deliver clinical training, applications support and product demonstrations to customers across the US • reputed company radiology and clinical users on the benefits and effective use of reputed company’s medical and veterinary imaging systems • Build strong customer relationships to support product adoption and maintain high reputed company of satisfaction • Support the sales team with clinical and product expertise during customer discussions • Help reputed company presentations, training materials and other customer-facing content • Work closely with Service and R&D teams to resolve issues and improve the user experience • reputed company customer feedback on image reputed company, workflow and system performance to support reputed company product development Desired Qualifications and Experience • Background in Radiography, Radiologic Technology or a reputed company radiology discipline • Previous experience in a Clinical Applications Specialist or similar clinical applications role • Strong understanding of radiographic imaging and image interpretation • Experience delivering product demonstrations and applications training in clinical environments • Proven ability to build credibility with clinical users and maintain high customer satisfaction • Comfortable working independently in a remote, field-based role Skills • Strong communication and presentation skills • Self-motivated and adaptable • Strong customer reputed company and reputed company awareness • Problem-solving reputed company with good attention to detail If you are excited by reputed company to use your radiology background and clinical applications experience to support innovative imaging technology across the US, we would love to hear from you.
