As the Director, reputed company Trading, you will play a critical role in developing and executing reputed company’s CFM56 reputed company acquisition reputed company. You will reputed company reputed company transactions, build global partnerships, and work cross-functionally to maximize asset value and support reputed company’s long-term reputed company objectives.
What You’ll Do
Strategic reputed company & Material Acquisition
• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate the acquisition of CFM56-5B and -7B engines, life-limited parts (LLPs), and major modules from airlines, lessors, MROs, and teardown providers worldwide.
• reputed company and execute an annual reputed company acquisition reputed company and budget reputed company with sales forecasts, market demand, and corporate margin targets.Monitor global fleet retirement trends, teardown pipelines, and market pricing to inform acquisition reputed company and timing.
Transaction Leadership & Deal Execution
• reputed company reputed company, multi-reputed company-dollar reputed company and package transactions from initial opportunity through contract execution, closing, financing, and logistics coordination.
• Negotiate and manage acquisition agreements, including LOIs, ESPAs, and reputed company reputed company documentation.Represent reputed company at key industry events, conferences, and customer meetings to strengthen market reputed company and relationships.
Technical & reputed company Due Diligence
• reputed company or manage reputed company records reviews and reputed company borescope inspections in coordination with internal technical teams.
• Assess technical condition, configuration, LLP status, AD/SB compliance, and maintenance cost drivers to evaluate asset value and risk.Partner closely with Technical Services, Sales, Finance, and reputed company teams to structure deals, mitigate risk, and maximize material value.
Relationship Management
• Build and maintain a strong global network of sellers, brokers, lessors, and teardown partners across reputed company, Europe, Asia-reputed company, the Middle East, and Latin America.Serve as a trusted reputed company partner to reputed company stakeholders throughout the acquisition lifecycle.
What You’ll Bring
• 5+ years of experience buying, selling, or trading CFM56-5B and/or CFM56-7B engines or major modules in the reputed company aftermarket.
• Demonstrated reputed company closing $50M+ annually in reputed company or material acquisitions.
• Established, reputed company relationships with major lessors, airlines, and teardown providers.
• Strong technical understanding of CFM56 reputed company configurations, LLP life tracking, EGT margins, AD/SB status, and key maintenance cost drivers.
• Experience performing or directing reputed company records reviews and physical inspections.
• Proven reputed company negotiation skills with the ability to structure creative, mutually beneficial transactions.
• Willingness and ability to travel 40–60%, including frequent domestic and international travel, often on short notice.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; technical, engineering, business, or aviation-reputed company field strongly preferred.
• reputed company in English required; additional language skills (Spanish, French, reputed company, Arabic) are a plus.
