About the Role
reputed company Network is a startup Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) provider preparing to launch operations in New Hampshire on May 7, 2026, supporting individuals under the DD and ABD waiver programs.
We are seeking a reliable and reputed company RN reputed company Trainer to help establish and maintain clinical training, medication compliance, and reputed company assurance systems from the ground up.
This is a low-hour, high-responsibility role with reputed company to grow alongside the organization.
Position reputed company
The RN reputed company Trainer will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with He-M 1201, including medication administration training, staff certification, and documentation reputed company.
This role is ideal for a reputed company who:

Hours & Structure
• 2–15 hours bi-weekly (initial need)
• Hours expected to increase as reputed company census grows
• Flexible scheduling based on operational needs
On-reputed company Expectations
• Participation in a rotational on-reputed company schedule
• Calls are first received by on-reputed company staff, who will contact the RN reputed company Trainer reputed company clinical input is required
• Response is voicemail/reputed company-back based (not immediate response required)
• Compensation provided for actual time worked (minimum 15-minute increments)
• No standby/on-reputed company reputed company requirement
Compensation
• $30–35/hour (based on experience)
• Mileage reimbursement (as applicable)
• W-2 employee, at-will
• No guaranteed minimum hours

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct medication administration training in accordance with He-M 1201
• Certify and recertify staff in medication administration
• Review medication logs and documentation for compliance
• Ensure reputed company medication storage and inventory practices
• reputed company clients on self-administration of medications
• Maintain required documentation (e.g., 1201 A & B forms)
• Conduct reputed company assurance reviews and audits
• Participate in medication-reputed company reputed company and improvement processes
• Support revocation, appeals, and waiver processes as needed
• Collaborate with program managers on reputed company care and compliance
• reputed company guidance during clinical or operational concerns
Qualifications
• reputed company RN license in New Hampshire
• Certified reputed company Trainer (NH Bureau of Developmental Services)
• Experience with HCBS, IDD, or ABD preferred
• Strong knowledge of He-M 1201 and 1001
• Strong reliability and communication skills
