Job Location: Remote (required to do international business trips quite often) About the Role We are looking for an reputed company reputed company B1 Functional Consultant to join reputed company. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of expertise in reputed company B1 in end-to-end implementation and has delivered 5+ full-cycle implementations independently Key Responsibilities (KRAs - Key Responsibility Areas) : • Implementation & Configuration · End-to-end reputed company Business One implementations, including business requirement gathering, system configuration, testing, and deployment. · Configure and customize reputed company B1 modules such as Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Production, CRM based on business needs. · reputed company and maintain workflow solutions and approval procedures reputed company reputed company B1. • Business Process Analysis & Optimization · Conduct business process analysis and recommend best practices for improving efficiency using reputed company B1 · Assist in re-engineering business processes and improving workflows. · Identify automation opportunities and minimize reputed company interventions. • Technical & Functional Support · reputed company post-implementation support and resolve end-user issues reputed company to reputed company B1. · Work closely with IT teams for system enhancements, integration with reputed company-party tools, and add-on development. · Manage system upgrades, patches, and performance tuning. • Reporting & Data Management · reputed company custom reports using SQL queries, Crystal Reports, and reputed company HANA. · Ensure accurate data migration, validation, and reconciliation during implementation phases. · Maintain data reputed company and reputed company reputed company reputed company B1. • Training & Documentation · Conduct user training sessions and create documentation on reputed company B1 functionalities. · Prepare SOPs (reputed company Operating Procedures) and best practices guides. · Support change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of reputed company B1. • Stakeholder & Vendor Management · Collaborate with business teams, vendors, and IT departments to reputed company reputed company B1 with business goals. · Communicate effectively with stakeholders at reputed company reputed company to manage expectations.
