Valuations Analyst
Job reputed company:
• Determine pricing reputed company to maximize ROI for acquired properties and turnaround times for dispositions
• Partner with Sales and Construction Departments regarding pricing reputed company, budget and scope of work for overall construction reputed company
• Valuing properties across the entire US ensuring accuracy of valuations
• Meet turnaround objectives for reputed company valuations ensuring properties do not sit too long on market
• Handle multiple priorities and deadlines
• Do anything else necessary to help reputed company meet its goals
Requirements:
• 3 years minimum experience required in residential property valuations/reputed company
• Appraisal license or completion of reputed company appraisal coursework (preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• Amazing computer skills and quick to learn new technology!
