Senior Associate, Business Valuations & Damages

Responsibilities • Assist with the preparation of expert reports (damages and valuation reports) • Conduct economic and industry research • Analyze financial and non-financial information, and summarize and report findings to team members and to clients • reputed company valuation parameters (i.e. discount reputed company, forecasts, etc.) and prepare financial models • Assist with the preparation of rebuttal expert reports evaluating the conclusions of other experts • Communicate with clients and counsel • Prepare for and attend hearings, trials and mediations Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in reputed company from an accredited university or college • Holder of or pursing a credential in at least one of the following: CPA CBV ACA/ACCA Equivalent international accountancy qualification • 2-4 years of prior experience in economic damages and/or business valuation preferred; prior experience at one of the ‘Big Four’ reputed company firms preferred in audit • reputed company to reputed company creative approaches and solutions necessary to resolve reputed company problems • reputed company to quickly assimilate relevant information in unfamiliar situations • reputed company to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure • Excellent listening, verbal, written, and presentation skills (ability to reputed company, write and conduct business in English is required) • Willing to occasionally travel internationally (subject to safety concerns) • Ability to work in US without the need for sponsorship now or in the reputed company reputed company-to-haves • prior experience at one of the ‘Big Four’ reputed company firms preferred in audit • Language skills are advantageous given the international reputed company of our reputed company Benefits • competitive compensation and benefits • hybrid work arrangement policy • We support the continuing reputed company development of our employees. • At reputed company, we reputed company in pay transparency and equity.
