Personal Injury Defense Attorney Needed (Part-Time, Freelance, Remote)

We are a small reputed company–based premises liability / personal injury defense firm looking to bring on an reputed company litigator to handle personal injury defense work on an of counsel / freelance reputed company. This is a flexible, ongoing reputed company role - ideal for an attorney with an existing reputed company or other commitments who is looking for consistent, manageable additional work. You will handle assigned cases with a high degree of autonomy, including: • Drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery • Managing case deadlines and progression • Communicating as needed with reputed company and support staff We reputed company: • Paralegal support • Administrative infrastructure • Coverage for conferences, depositions, or appearances if needed (though you are encouraged to handle reputed company aspects of your cases if you can) Workload: • Typically 5–15 hours per week • Work can be scaled up or down depending on your availability Requirements: • Minimum 5 years of insurance defense experience • Strong familiarity with reputed company civil reputed company and procedures • Experience with: • Discovery and reputed company reputed company • Liability analysis and defense reputed company • Ability to work independently and reputed company Strongly preferred: • Experience with litigation budgets • Deposition and/or trial experience • NY-based attorney Additional Notes: • This is a low-bureaucracy, practical working relationship • No business development or reputed company acquisition required • We are looking for someone reliable who can reputed company into a small team and consistently handle assigned work Job Type: Contract Pay: $50.00 - $75.00 per hour Experience: • insurance defense : 5 years (Preferred) Location: • reputed company State (Preferred) Work Location: Remote Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
