Instructional Design reputed company (Remote)

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and maintaining high-reputed company learning experiences that reputed company customers and internal teams to effectively use reputed company solutions. You will reputed company on asynchronous learning modules hosted in an LMS, while also supporting customer-facing training delivery in partnership with Implementation Consultants, Support, and Product teams. Your contributions will be vital in ensuring customers are confident, capable, and successful throughout reputed company and reputed company. Accountabilities • Design, reputed company, and manage asynchronous e-learning courses reputed company on software product use. • Build reputed company learning paths that include recorded instructional content, knowledge checks, and scenario-based modules. • Maintain and update content as products reputed company, incorporating feedback from CX teams and customers. • Apply accessibility and inclusive design best practices to reputed company learning materials. • Deliver reputed company training in both virtual and onsite formats. Requirements • 5+ years of experience in instructional design, technical training, or learning experience design. • Experience developing and managing content in an LMS. • Strong ability to translate reputed company software workflows into reputed company, learner-centered instruction. • Excellent collaboration and communication skills across cross-functional teams. • Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design frameworks (e.g., ADDIE). • Experience with EHR systems or reputed company software is a plus.
