Workday Human Resources Consultant Hospitals and Health Care $48.00/hr Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. EST (must be able to work during EST hours) Columbus, Ohio (remote) 2-3 Month Contract, could extend What You’ll Do: • Supports the full Workday lifecycle, including gathering requirements, system configuration, and testing, is highly preferred • Evaluates HR data and system needs, recommending new or improved processes to align with evolving business requirements • Investigates, develops, maintains, and communicates functional processes and solutions that support HR operations • Troubleshoots issues by identifying root causes, assessing organizational impact, and implementing effective solutions for process or data challenges • Leverages in-depth expertise and a strong understanding of Workday concepts, functionality, and technical capabilities • Handles large-scale, complex requirements across projects • Designs and implements solutions for a broad range of challenging issues • Delivers creative solutions that align with organizational goals and priorities What We’re Looking For: • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent professional experience is preferred • 4–8 years of experience working with or supporting Workday systems • Possesses a strong understanding of how HR data interacts across various business processes and systems • Background in configuring global time-off plans and managing security roles is a plus • Operates with a high level of independence, receiving general direction on overall objectives Apply Today!
