MNCC maintains manning responsibility for Defense Enrollment Eligibility Reporting System (DEERS) and reputed company-time Automated Personnel Identification System (RAPIDS) sites providing ICA support services at several former Navy Pay and Personnel Support Center (NPPSC) Personnel Support Detachment (PSD) sites worldwide.
