Graphic Designer Needed – Social Media Template Edits for Credit Union (Photoshop & Illustrator)

Job Description We're a federally chartered credit union based in Oklahoma with an existing set of social media templates that need moderate branding updates. A previous designer created these templates but is no longer available, and we need someone to pick up where they left off and bring the templates into closer alignment with our current brand guidelines. This is a well-scoped, clearly defined project — we have all the source files ready to hand off and a detailed list of the updates we need made. What We Need We have 13 social media templates across four platforms, each with both a Photoshop (.psd) and Illustrator (.ai) file — 26 files total. The updates needed are moderate in scope and include layout adjustments and branding refinements to better align with our brand standards. We will provide: All 26 source files (.psd and .ai) Brand guidelines (fonts, color palette, logo files, and supporting assets) A detailed written brief outlining every update needed per template Your job is to work through the brief, make the specified updates cleanly and consistently across all files, and deliver organized, properly labeled source files back to us. Ideal Candidate Proficient in both Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator — you'll be working in both throughout this project Experience editing and maintaining social media template systems, not just one-off designs Strong attention to detail — consistency across 13 templates is the whole job Clean, organized file management; layers should be clearly labeled and logically structured when returned Responsive and communicative — our last designer became unreachable mid-project, so reliability is a priority for us Financial services or credit union experience is a plus but not required Deliverables All 26 updated source files (.psd and .ai) with clean, labeled layer structure Final export of each template in the appropriate format for each platform (PNG or JPG) Project Scope & Timeline Fixed-price project at $1,000 Please include your estimated turnaround time in your proposal We'd like to complete this within 2 weeks of kickoff How to Apply Please include in your proposal: 2–3 samples of social media template work, ideally showing before/after edits or template systems you've maintained Confirmation that you're comfortable working in both Photoshop and Illustrator Your estimated turnaround time for 26 files Any questions about the project before you start We will prioritize proposals that demonstrate reliability and relevant template experience.
