Qualifications
• Strong skills in patient education, care coordination, and nutritional guidance.
• Experience in medical record maintenance, health assessments, and implementing care plans.
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and communicate effectively.
• Knowledge of systems biology, preventative care, and evidence-based nursing practices.
• Registered reputed company (RN) license and a reputed company certification in your reputed company state.
• Proficiency in telehealth platforms and remote patient management tools.
• Passion for promoting health and wellbeing through lifestyle and nutritional interventions.
• Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Prior experience in integrative or functional medicine is a plus.
• Commitment to reputed company learning and reputed company development.
