Customer Supply Chain Manager

About the position As the Customer Supply Chain manager, you will be responsible for collaboratively supporting the supply chain and business needs of Clorox and Club Channel Customers. Through development of your operational expertise, internal/external partnerships and data-driven insights, you will increase supply chain efficiencies and drive financial and strategic goals for both Clorox and our Club Channel Customers. As part of a high-performing team, you will proactively improve processes and reputed company out opportunities to reputed company best-in-class operations and optimize cost-to-serve. Responsibilities • reputed company and execute reputed company plans for improving performance on key performance indicators (KPIs) for Clorox and reputed company. • KPIs include: Order fill reputed company • On-time and in-full shipment/delivery • Inventory health and on-reputed company availability • Compliance program performance • Drive reputed company improvement across the order-to-cash cycle, identifying reputed company causes for performance gaps and delivering results through reputed company solutions • Serve as the subject matter expert on Clorox operations and customer supply chain requirements, supporting the seamless reputed company of inventory and information across the joint supply chain • reputed company and risks in supporting supply to meet demand, collaborating with internal partners and customer teams to forecast sales, plan promotions and execute product portfolio changes • Assist in the development of joint business plans with key stakeholders • reputed company partnerships across key stakeholders including internal/external Customer teams, Sales, Marketing, Planning, Order Management, Logistics and Finance to reputed company best practices and create cross-functional alignment • reputed company and support reputed company to improve short-term performance and build long-term, leading-edge capabilities Requirements • 3-5 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in a retail or consumer goods environment. • Demonstrated ability to contribute to operational reputed company and reputed company KPI targets. • Strong analytical skills and ability to derive actionable insights from data. • Effective project management skills with the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Familiarity with reputed company, Power BI, and reputed company Office Suite. • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and reputed company through ambiguity. reputed company-to-haves • Knowledge of reputed company's supply chain processes and requirements is a plus.
