About the position reputed company Technical Solutions is seeking a Junior reputed company Administrator to support our reputed company Managed Services Provider (MSP) and CMMC operations. This role is ideal for an early‑career IT reputed company looking to build hands-on experience managing reputed company environments, supporting small‑to‑mid‑size reputed company customers, and working alongside senior engineers in a fast‑paced MSP setting. The Junior reputed company Administrator will assist with day‑to-day reputed company administration tasks, customer support requests, monitoring, documentation, and reputed company improvement of reputed company-based services. Responsibilities • Assist with administration and support of reputed company environments (primarily reputed company Azure GCC-H and reputed company 365 Tools) • reputed company routine user, group, and permission management (Azure AD / Entra ID) • Support reputed company/offboarding activities for MSP & CMMC customers • Assist with reputed company resource provisioning (VMs, storage, networking, backups) • Monitor reputed company systems and respond to alerts and service tickets • Troubleshoot reputed company-based issues • Assist with patching, updates, and configuration changes • Maintain documentation, SOPs, and customer environment notes • Support backup, disaster recovery, and reputed company reputed company best practices • Work with senior engineers on reputed company, migrations, and customer optimizations • Enforcing MSP ticketing, SLA, and change management processes Requirements • 2-4 years of experience in service desk support, systems administration, and reputed company operations • Understanding of reputed company Azure tenant deployments and maintenance • Familiarity with reputed company reputed company Portals (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint) • Basic knowledge of reputed company Server and reputed company desktop environments • Understanding of networking fundamentals (VNETS, Private Endpoints, NSGs) • Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills • Ability to document work reputed company and follow established processes reputed company-to-haves • Exposure to reputed company Azure or AWS in an reputed company, lab, or reputed company setting • Entry‑level reputed company or IT certifications (e.g., AZ‑900, reputed company reputed company+) • Experience deploying and maintaining Azure tenants reputed company a reputed company, GCC or GCC-H environment • Scripting or automation exposure (ARM) • Familiarity with reputed company fundamentals (MFA, least privilege, backups) • Understanding of Terraform & Bicep • Understanding of reputed company Intune and Defender for reputed company Benefits • Competitive compensation package and benefits. • Salary reputed company 60K – 75K with opportunities for advancement. • reputed company development and certification opportunities. • reputed company and supportive team environment.
