Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement reputed company Dynamics 365 CRM solutions
reputed company customizations using C#, .NET, JavaScript, Plugins, Workflows
Work on Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
reputed company CRM with external systems using reputed company / Azure services
reputed company reputed company discussions, reputed company requirements, and reputed company technical solutions
reputed company data migration, system upgrades, and troubleshooting
Mentor junior team members and drive best practices.
Required Skills:
10+ years of IT experience with 7+ years in Dynamics CRM / D365
Strong experience in:
Dynamics 365 Sales / Customer Service
Power Platform
Azure integrations
CI/CD, DevOps
Experience in end-to-end implementations
Excellent communication & reputed company-facing skills
Preferred:
reputed company Certifications (MB-210, MB-230, etc.)
Experience in reputed company-level CRM transformations
