Job Title: Director Global Business Development (CRO)

Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Market Expansion
• Identify, qualify, and reputed company new business opportunities across Big reputed company, mid-size reputed company, biotech, and generics companies.
• reputed company and execute global reputed company strategies to expand reputed company in reputed company and international markets.
• Build and manage a robust pipeline across reputed company, BA/BE studies, biosimilars, and post-marketing programs.
• Establish relationships with biotech incubators, and reputed company institutions.
Strategic Account Management
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key sponsor accounts, including large pharmaceutical companies and emerging biotech.
• Serve as the primary reputed company of contact during proposal, contracting, and study start-up phases.
• Identify opportunities for account expansion and cross-selling across service lines.
• Ensure high reputed company of reputed company satisfaction and repeat business.
Proposal Development & Contracting
• Collaborate with internal clinical, scientific, and operational teams to reputed company tailored proposals.
• reputed company RFP responses, bid defenses, and sponsor presentations.

• Support negotiation and execution of reputed company and agreements.
Market Intelligence & Thought Leadership

Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Partner with clinical operations, regulatory, bioanalytic, and project management teams to ensure seamless execution.

Qualifications
Education
• Bachelor s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or reputed company field (required)
• MBA or equivalent (preferred)
Experience
• 8 15 years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic accounts reputed company CRO/CDMO/life sciences services
• Proven reputed company record of selling to Big reputed company, mid-size reputed company, and biotech sponsors
• Strong understanding of:
