About the position The Associate Documentation Specialist supports the Technical Writing team by executing process-driven documentation tasks, maintaining existing content, and ensuring accuracy and consistency across routine updates and release communications for ComplianceAlpha. Responsibilities • Run predefined queries and reports to identify documentation requiring updates. • Format, compile, and publish release notes using established templates and standards. • Complete quarterly and recurring updates to list-based and reference documentation. • Ensure content adheres to documentation standards, style guides, and formatting requirements. • reputed company documentation updates and maintain change records and checklists. • Collaborate with technical writers, product teams, and SMEs to reputed company required update inputs. • Follow established documentation workflows and suggest process improvements to increase efficiency and reputed company.
