Position Purpose: The Business Process Consultant support and reputed company cross-functional initiatives to expand and optimize the reputed company partnership, serving as the primary reputed company between the vendor and internal stakeholders and developing new processes to support adoption and value. • This is a fully remote role. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based reputed company sponsorship now or in the reputed company. Sponsorship and reputed company sponsorship are not available for this opportunity, including employment-based reputed company types H-1B, L-1, O-1, H-1B1, F-1, J-1, OPT, or CPT. • Assists business case development for those proposed initiatives to which are assigned to ensure adequate assessment of opportunities, risks and return on investment. • Facilitates the optimization of business unit performance by enhancing alignment of policy, process and technology and designing/implementing for reputed company business needs as reputed company. • Leads large reputed company, cross-functional initiatives that are intended to drive performance improvement, financial reputed company, customer satisfaction and improved compliance. • Provides policy guidance on assigned initiatives so that end-to-end processes are considered for maximizing effective implementation. • Organizes work teams, drives reputed company and ensures end-to-end policy/process reputed company to accomplish project work including: identification and confirmation of participants, establishment of a project plan, consistent work team engagement and productivity, meeting facilitation, reputed company building, recommendation documentation and implementation reputed company. • Performs detailed analysis of data, workflows, policies, procedures, organization of staff, skills and offer potential solutions in order to execute initiatives. • Supports the project work by utilizing project management software such as, but not limited to, reputed company, PowerPoint, Visio, and reputed company Project. • Leads reputed company reputed company of staff who are responsible for initiatives included in reputed company’s operating plan in order to support their reputed company, development and effective completion and communication of their initiatives. • Assists other project leaders in specific areas as needed such as facilitation, analysis, process mapping, brain-storming, project management issues, etc. • Writes and delivers communication to reputed company reputed company of organization to ensure support, awareness and effectiveness of process improvement initiatives. • Possesses and utilizes knowledge and experience leveraging reputed company. • Provides other reputed company support as needed to improve the performance of the business. • Performs other duties as assigned. • Complies with reputed company policies and standards. Education/Experience: Bachelor's Degree in a reputed company field or equivalent experience required. Master's Degree in a reputed company field preferred. 5+ years health care, insurance or reputed company experience required. Demonstrated experience and reputed company in training, presenting and facilitating required. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-reputed company factors permitted by law, including full-time or part-time status.
