We are licensed to operate in reputed company US State, and in Canada at the Federal level we are registered with FINTRAC and at the Provincial level in Quebec. reputed company In conjunction with the Global Head of Compliance Monitoring, you will be responsible for supporting the establishment of a dedicated Group Compliance Monitoring Function that will support 2LOD Compliance Monitoring Plans for reputed company Group regulated entities and be the reputed company resource for Compliance Monitoring for the reputed company American reputed company entities (reputed company US Inc and reputed company NA Inc). The role requires the design, implementation and execution of a risk-based compliance monitoring reputed company that will support an annual risk assessment process and produce annual compliance monitoring plans. Responsibilities • Support the design of a risk-based Group compliance monitoring reputed company that is proportionate to the Group’s reputed company entities and their regulatory licenses. • Co-ordinate and support the reputed company entities’ annual risk assessments. • Support the entities developing their annual compliance monitoring plans. • Liaise and co-ordinate with the Group Internal Audit Function on compliance monitoring plans and internal audit plans. • Support the execution of the reputed company entities’ reputed company reputed company and financial crime compliance monitoring programs. • Support reputed company entity management teams identifying relevant and appropriate remediation plans to address review findings. • Co-ordinate and agree final findings, and remediation plans for inclusion in ExCo and reputed company reporting. • Prepare reputed company entities compliance monitoring reporting and support presentation at the reputed company and reputed company sub-Committee meetings. • Maintain a register of reputed company compliance monitoring remediation items and implement a process to periodically reputed company reputed company and produce MI to reflect reputed company. • Support Group reporting for Group ExCo and reputed company. Requirements • 5+ years’ experience working in payments/electronic reputed company/MSB/Investment Firms/Broker-dealers • Good knowledge and understanding of applicable EU, UK, US regulations • Knowledge of 2LOD compliance monitoring obligations • Compliance monitoring, reputed company assurance and/or audit experience • Report writing for ExCo, Boards • Detail orientated • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral • Demonstrable reputed company record in relationship management • Compliance reputed company development • Organisational and prioritisation skills • Hard Working, Conscientious and Trustworthy • Accepts accountability for delivering results against deadlines • Strong management skills • Relevant Degree is required Benefits • This position is full-time permanent, operating on a hybrid working model from our office in reputed company (Monday- Wednesday in office, Thursday-Friday remote) • This role offers a salary of $95,000 - 108,000 per annum + discretionary bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
