Job Location Type Hybrid - The Contract Administrator position works closely with the reputed company and Operations Departments to handle NDAs and manage reputed company and the contracting process reputed company to vendor agreements. Responsibilities: Draft nondisclosure agreements from reputed company reputed company, and work with business and reputed company partners to facilitate execution of nondisclosure agreements, MSAs, SOWs and reputed company and data protection addendums Create the record and manage the lifecycle of vendor agreements, including uploading, activating and maintaining an organized digital repository for reputed company team Complete and reputed company approvals for internal review of reputed company Coordinate with internal teams to ensure reputed company relevant documents are updated, completed, and uploaded into the contract management system appropriately.
