Mom and Baby Billing Coordinator
A company is looking for a Mom & Baby Billing Coordinator (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
• Resolve incoming rejections for the Mom & Baby division
• Analyze rejection data and insurance payment trends to identify patterns and root causes
• Correct claim data as per payer requirements and maintain detailed records of rejection cases
Required Qualifications
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to understand differences between HCPCS, CPT, and ICD-10 codes
• Familiarity with payer portals, EDI systems, and clearinghouses
• Ability to multi-task
• Exposure to Google suite and Microsoft platforms
