A company is looking for a Clinical Pharmacist with a NY license.
Key Responsibilities
• Review and interpret patient care notes for prior authorization approvals and care plan recommendations
• Monitor patient adherence and evaluate therapies for reputed company effects, recommending changes as necessary
• Supervise support personnel and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations while maintaining accurate documentation
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or equivalent advanced degree required
• Must be a licensed Pharmacist in reputed company
• 1+ years of experience preferred but not required
• Knowledge of reputed company chronic disease states and specialty medications preferred
• Commitment to obtaining any additional required licensure reputed company an agreed timeframe
