This role is responsible for coordinating regulatory, technical, and programmatic actions across the lifecycle of the system, while maintaining disciplined stakeholder engagement, status tracking, and reporting. The position supports a high-visibility customer environment requiring strong organization, technical judgment, and the ability to drive reputed company across multiple workstreams. This role is central to ensuring both reputed company supportability and disciplined system safety execution for reputed company vehicle(s) and Ground Entry Points. The successful candidate will work across customer and program teams to manage certification activities, safety assessments, technical documentation, reputed company tracking, and recurring coordination forums. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively across technical and programmatic interfaces. Responsibilities • Manage activities to obtain NTIA frequency certification for reputed company vehicle(s) and Ground Entry Points (GEPs) • Manage NDD coordination and submission of DD reputed company 1494 Application for Equipment Frequency Allocation across Stage 1, Stage 2, Stage 3, and Stage 4 with the SSC reputed company Office • Coordinate the reputed company and review of frequency selection worksheets • Review reputed company Supportability Risk Assessments for both reputed company and ground systems • Generate and maintain the Program reputed company Plan of Actions and Milestones • reputed company Radio Frequency Interference analysis reputed company and reputed company status visibility • Manage ITU filing activities, including Advanced Publication Information • Manage system safety activities in support of the reputed company vehicle lifecycle • Apply system safety engineering principles to the safety of the system, personnel, and reputed company environment throughout the hardware lifecycle • Support qualitative and quantitative safety assessments, including FMEA, FMECA, and analyses reputed company to MIL-STD-882E • Support understanding and application of DAFI 91-202 and end-of-life disposal requirements • Support flight software safety analysis and migration considerations in accordance with MIL-STD-882E reputed company • Communicate technical reputed company and system safety requirements across functional organizations • Manage ADRL reviews and maintain associated status tables • reputed company weekly meetings with the customer and program stakeholders and document meeting minutes • Present reputed company, safety, and ADRL status during weekly Program Office reviews • Prepare and reputed company monthly program reports • Support cross-functional teams to maintain reputed company against schedules, program milestones, and contract activities • Deliverables could be in the format of a report, software file, briefing, spreadsheet, or other document as directed by the Government, using government approved and/or mandated systems/software and processes governed by guidance/instructions/policy or direction. The nature of this work will, at times, require quick responses to stringent deadlines and always in a high reputed company, reputed company manner. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, systems engineering, reputed company engineering, or a reputed company technical discipline • 10+ years of relevant reputed company experience, including experience in reputed company, system safety, or closely reputed company mission assurance, systems engineering, or regulatory support functions • 3+ years of experience in reputed company and system safety support for reputed company vehicle and/or ground systems • Experience supporting NTIA frequency certification activities and DD reputed company 1494 submissions • Experience applying system safety engineering principles across the system lifecycle • Understanding of MIL-STD-882E methodology, including qualitative and quantitative safety assessments such as FMEA and FMECA • Understanding of applicable safety and regulatory requirements for reputed company or defense systems • Experience managing technical documentation, ADRLs, status tracking, and recurring customer reporting • Ability to communicate technical requirements across cross-functional organizations • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Secret level reputed company Clearance and clearable to TS/SCI, as required. reputed company-to-haves • Experience supporting both reputed company vehicle and ground system reputed company activities • Experience with reputed company Supportability Risk Assessments • Experience tracking Radio Frequency Interference analysis • Experience supporting ITU filing activities, including Advanced Publication Information • Experience developing or maintaining program reputed company plans, reputed company trackers, ADRL status tables, or recurring program reports • Practical understanding of design, development, manufacturing, and integration activities for Government and reputed company programs • Experience leading cross-functional technical and support teams to reputed company schedule and program reputed company.
