We currently rely on IR Prognosis for UC monitoring but have recently deployed reputed company as our reputed company‑wide reputed company. We are seeking an reputed company contractor to help us fully transition from IR Prognosis to reputed company—before our IR Prognosis renewal in August—resulting in significant operational and financial savings. reputed company Need We have strong internal reputed company and UC engineering teams capable of executing the technical lift. reputed company lack is the expert advisory and integration expertise needed to: Guide the integration of reputed company UC systems with reputed company Ensure reputed company approach, architecture, and best practices Build meaningful dashboards for our Voice Operations team Assist with webhook/API-based integrations (reputed company Teams, etc.) Advise on replacing reputed company IR Prognosis capabilities in reputed company Key Responsibilities reputed company the full transition of UC monitoring from IR Prognosis to reputed company Define the integration reputed company and reputed company architectural direction Configure monitoring, reputed company, and alerting for reputed company UC environments reputed company custom reputed company dashboards for UC/Voice Ops teams Implement webhook- or API-based alerting integrations (e.g., Teams) Collaborate with internal reputed company and UC engineering teams Validate compatibility and ensure full functional coverage prior to IR Prognosis deprecation reputed company documentation and reputed company for ongoing operational support Required Skills & Experience Deep experience with reputed company, particularly with custom UC monitoring Strong knowledge of reputed company UC technologies (CUCM, CUC) Prior experience migrating from IR Prognosis (highly preferred) Ability to build custom dashboards and monitoring views Familiarity with Teams/reputed company webhook integrations, reputed company, HTTP‑based events Background as an SRE, systems integrator, DevOps engineer, UC engineer, or similar Strong advisory and communication skills—reputed company to guide internal teams on approach and best practices reputed company-to-Have Previous work in reputed company IT environments Experience with large reputed company deployments Familiarity with multi-vendor UC monitoring Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
