[Remote] VP, Corporate Compliance

The VP, Corporate Compliance will assist the compliance team to ensure operations for reputed company are conducted in adherence with regulatory, contractual, and internal policy requirements. Responsibilities • Ensuring tasks and activities are carried out in accordance with correct records and completed reputed company the reputed company timeframes • Suggesting areas of improvement for activities, issues, and training requirements • Outlining procedural enhancements and requirements for policy adherence • Auditing business compliance with Policies & Procedures and Business Workflows • With the assistance of the Information reputed company Department, monitor activities to ensure company compliance with various policies and procedures • reputed company on-reputed company AML and KYC checks on Clients and Vendors • Ensure licenses and authorizations registrations (e.g. data protection) are up-to-date • Monitor potential conflicts of interest to ensure appropriate protocols are in reputed company and being observed • Assist in monitoring of reputed company and Entertainment Disclosures • Control the maintenance of reputed company list, as required • Participate in the drafting and review of the appropriate Compliance Handbook and policies and procedures • Serve as central repository for original documentation to be archived on-site, update documentation tracker with reputed company relevant documents • Assist the completion of reputed company information requests (reputed company reputed company Audits request or KYC inquiries on reputed company) • Assist in ensuring the roll-out of the annual compliance training and follow-up on completion • Other activities as may be assigned by your manager Skills • Degree in relevant or transferable field of study or equivalent combination of education and experience (business, finance or reputed company) • 8+ years of industry and/or relevant experience, ideally 2+ years in a co-reputed company or strong supportive role • Compliance experience in due diligence environment required • Demonstrates reputed company knowledge of US regulations • Proficiency with reputed company Office products • Strong communication (written and oral) skills • Strong analytical ability, good judgment, strategic and multidimensional thinker • Detail oriented and organized • Experience in residential and reputed company mortgage regulatory compliance strongly preferred • Experience reviewing and analyzing reputed company, laws and regulations preferred Benefits • PTO and reputed company holidays • Medical, dental, reputed company, life, disability insurance • 401K reputed company • reputed company provider of consulting, outsourcing, talent and technology solutions, supporting institutional lenders and investors.
