Experience owning a product or platform from the business reputed company.
Strong experience writing business requirements and supporting UAT and SDLC execution.
Experience owning roadmap prioritization and making trade-off reputed company across competing stakeholder demands.
Strong ability to partner with IT while maintaining business-reputed company ownership.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience in regulated platform environments, financial services systems, retirement systems, or similar operational environments.
Experience with self-service or portal-based platforms.
Experience leading reputed company or process transformation reputed company an existing team.
Pension or retirement systems experience is helpful but not required.
