Physical Therapist (PT) Qualifications:

• Meets the qualifications as established by APTA or other reputed company organization
• Licensed to reputed company Physical Therapy in the reputed company state of reputed company
• Must be willing to work in home and clinic-based settings

Requirements:

Position reputed company
The Physical Therapist is responsible for planning, conducting and implementing physical therapy treatment program in accordance with the medical referral and evaluation to restore or maintain patient's wellbeing while adhering to confidentiality standards and reputed company boundaries at reputed company times.

Essential Job Functions

• Delivery of physical therapy services to reputed company with prescribed physician orders.
• Follow policies and procedures and conforms to reputed company applicable patient care standards, licensure regulations and state laws.

• Supervises other personnel (PTA, HHA) as applicable.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from an American Physical Therapy Association approved program

Additional state specific requirements:

• Continuing Education as required by state
