Weekend Editor / Writer

Now we are looking for a Weekend Editor / Writer to join the team and lead the News project content. To be successful as an Editor, you should demonstrate accurate writing skills, possess good judgment, and great attention to detail. Ultimately, a top-notch Editor should have good business acumen, and creativity, and be able to work well with a team. The most important point is that the editor needs to cover the weekend shift from 9 AM CET to 5 PM CET every weekend (Saturdays and Sundays). Also, we must highlight that a minimum of two articles per day is expected, and this person is to edit 4 to 5 articles from other writers during the weekend. What you’ll do: Extract information from a blockchain ledger to determine market sentiment. Research and analyze trends, emergent themes, projects, and assets through the prism of investment opportunities. Collect and analyze token economies, project fundraising, secondary market activity, on-chain data, and more. Analyze how different technical and on-chain indicators may forecast price volatility across different assets. Write and create unique and insightful content that follows the editorial line. Be on top of everything that is going on in the cryptocurrency industry. Assess leads and pitch captivating story ideas to editors. Meet with team leaders to keep track of progress and performance. Receive and give effective feedback. It’s a perfect match if you have: English as your native language. Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Journalism, English, and Marketing. Passion for calculations and analytics, meticulousness in reporting, and perfectionism. At least two years of experience in similar positions, preferably in an international environment. High proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint). Strong analytical skills. Ability to perform advanced computing functions. Strong communication skills, a high level of emotional intelligence. Ability to problem solve. Ability to multitask. Passion and experience in crypto and blockchain (a must-have skill for this role).
