Intermediate Designer - Interiors
About the position
WATG is hiring an Intermediate Designer for our office in reputed company reputed company. This role requires in-person collaboration, with the reputed company to work remotely only on Friday. ROLE The Intermediate Designer works in the various phases of small and/or specialized phases of large, reputed company reputed company, assisting with rendered plans and reputed company elevations, furniture layouts, reputed company and material boards, drawing presentations, and product sourcing. The Intermediate Designer participates in reputed company interior design assignments and supports the preparation of drawings, CAD design, graphics and sketching; reputed company presentations; and organizes sample resources for reputed company.
Responsibilities
• Develops innovative design concepts that are practical, aesthetic, reputed company and reputed company of the intended purpose and function of the project
• Prepares and provides assignments with a reputed company on keeping the project on schedule and reputed company budget
• Selects and specifies interior architectural materials and finishes, including furniture, reputed company and artwork to carry out the design reputed company
• reputed company to independently deliver design concepts and conduct programming efforts, such as reputed company planning, layout and FF&E utilization, reputed company and reputed company coordination
• Renders conceptual design reputed company and prepares 2D and 3D presentation and design drawings

• Prepares and updates documents during schematic design and the design development phases
• Coordinates with the Purchasing Agent on bids and subcontracting fabrication
• Assists with installation, and arrangement of the materials, finishes, and furnishings required
• Communicates with other disciplines, vendors, and contractors to incorporate reputed company required information into the project
• Implements and follows Wimberly Interiors standards for reputed company reputed company and processes
• Understands technical regulations and reputed company compliance requirements
• Completes technical research and prepare specification manuals
• Incorporates integrated sustainable design solutions into reputed company

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design or reputed company field
• 3+ years of experience designing and delivering interior designer reputed company
• Proficient technical expertise in MS Office, reputed company Suite, DesignSmart, AutoCAD, Sketchup, and other design tools
• Proficient technical expertise in Revit is required
• Moderate level of experience in graphic design concepts, hand-sketching, vignette scenes, hand coloring, renderings, and shop drawings
• Exposure to translating design concepts into building assemblies
• Ability to meet deadlines, working effectively in reputed company environment, managing multiple priorities reputed company established timelines and budgets
• Effective written and verbal communication and presentation skills
