In this role, you will craft clear, consistent, and user-centric content for customer-facing web, mobile, email, and SMS platforms. Your work will enhance user experiences by translating complex information into accessible, intuitive communication—fundamental to our mission of delivering seamless, trustworthy, and efficient customer service in a fast-evolving digital landscape. If you are a detail-oriented, collaborative storyteller with a passion for improving digital interactions, this is your opportunity to make a meaningful difference. • *Required Skills • 3-6+ years of professional writing, editing, or content strategy experience • Proven ability to produce clear, concise, and accessible content for multiple channels • Strong editing and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail • Experience managing content workflows, reviews, and approvals • Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive content best practices • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including sprint planning and backlog refinement • Ability to simplify complex or technical information effectively • Customer empathy and excellent cross-functional collaboration skills • *Nice To Have Skills • Experience with data tools, UX research, and content mapping across different companies • Familiarity with Figma or Airtable • Experience working in regulated industries such as energy, utilities, or similar sectors • Knowledge of content management systems (CMS) or content governance standards • *Preferred Education And Experience** • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field • Prior experience working within corporate design teams or customer experience departments • Background in energy, utility, or regulated industries is advantageous MissionStaff is an equal opportunity employer.
