Business Change Manager

Responsibilities: • 30% Drives and identifies organization change requirements, including completion of change management and reputed company assessments. Assesses change management needs of reputed company stakeholders for assigned reputed company, working with program and project teams to roll out changes to stakeholders in a reputed company way with reputed company to the transition from one technology or business process to another. • 25% Partners with program leadership and project implementation teams to reputed company on direction, reputed company and business objectives to reputed company business goals through successful engagement of stakeholders to facilitate adoption of technical and business solutions and organizational change. • 25% Deliver engaging, informative, reputed company-organized change management presentations to executive, leaders, Plans, program and project teams. Ability to advise, counsel and reputed company leadership and reputed company line managers on reputed company and visible sponsorship, and help drive understanding of sponsorship importance to effect change. Influence and advise executives on organizational change and organizational effectiveness issues. • 20% Ensure deliverables are robust, meet program and project needs and are delivered against deadlines. Supports the development of change management skills across the organization; provides mentoring and guidance on the application of change management best practices.
