Graphic Designer, Engineering Industry Experience

Then this role is for you! • Join Outsourcey and be part of our mission to revolutionize global talent expansion! • We connect businesses with dedicated full-time teams in the Philippines, offering cost-efficient solutions without compromising quality. • Join us and help elevate businesses with complete control and comprehensive support, let's shape the future of work together! • Core responsibilities: • Design and produce visually compelling marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, social media assets, email templates, and event materials. • Create internal communication materials, presentations, and reports that align with brand guidelines and corporate identity. • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and other internal teams to develop creative concepts that support business objectives. • Liaise with external vendors, such as marketing agencies, printers, and photographers, to ensure projects are delivered on time and to specification. • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet tight deadlines. • Ensure all creative work maintains brand consistency across all platforms and channels. • Provide creative input and recommendations to improve the visual impact and effectiveness of marketing campaigns. • Prepare production-ready files and oversee quality control for all externally produced materials. Requirements: • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably within a marketing or corporate communications environment. • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other relevant design tools. • Understanding of brand identity principles and ability to maintain brand consistency across multiple formats. • Experience managing projects involving external vendors such as printers, agencies, and photographers. • Excellent attention to detail with strong layout, typography, and visual storytelling skills. • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet strict deadlines. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners. • Familiarity with preparing print-ready and digital assets, including knowledge of production processes and specifications.
