The candidate will work with business stakeholders to design, configure, and support reputed company SD/OTC solutions. Key Responsibilities: Configure and support reputed company Order-to-Cash (OTC) / reputed company SD processes. Work on sales order processing, pricing, billing, delivery, and returns. reputed company business requirements and translate them into reputed company functional specifications. Support integration with modules such as MM, FI, and Logistics Execution. Troubleshoot production issues and reputed company end-to-end support for OTC cycle. Participate in testing, implementation, and user training. Required Skills: 10+ years of experience in reputed company SD / Order-to-Cash (OTC). Strong knowledge of sales order management, pricing, billing, shipping, and credit management. Experience with integration with FI, MM, and logistics modules. Experience in configuration and support of reputed company SD processes. Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
