The team operates in a fast-paced, client-first environment, managing SEO campaigns that directly impact revenue for clients—primarily home service businesses. Precision, strategy, and flawless execution are essential. Our client is seeking an experienced SEO professional with hands-on agency experience who can immediately contribute with minimal onboarding. The ideal candidate is highly comfortable working within established SEO workflows, analyzing data, optimizing with intention, and troubleshooting efficiently—all while maintaining a high standard of quality. In this role, you will be responsible for driving organic growth through strategic and technical SEO initiatives. You will manage the full SEO lifecycle, including keyword research, on-page optimization, content optimization, and technical SEO execution, ensuring campaigns perform at a consistently high level from day one. Responsibilities: • SEO Strategy Development: • Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies tailored to each client's unique goals and industry. • Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-value opportunities for organic growth. • Content Optimization: • Optimize website content for search engines, ensuring alignment with SEO best practices. • Collaborate with content writers to enhance existing pages and create new, SEO-friendly content. • Copywriting and SEO Page Creation: • Write engaging and persuasive copy for general content pages and blog posts that align with SEO objectives. • Utilize tools and strategies to create large volumes of SEO pages for clients, ensuring quality and relevance. • Technical SEO: • Conduct technical SEO audits to identify and address issues affecting website performance. • Implement on-page and off-page SEO techniques to improve website ranking and visibility. • WordPress and Elementor Proficiency: • Work seamlessly within WordPress and Elementor to implement SEO strategies and optimize website content. • Performance Monitoring and Reporting: • Utilize analytics tools to monitor SEO performance and provide regular reports to the Product Team. • Implement data-driven insights to refine and optimize SEO strategies continuously. Qualifications, Skills and Key Competencies: • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in managing SEO strategy. • Proficient with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Bright Local and SEMrush. • Strong understanding of keyword research, technical SEO, and content optimization. • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Ability to work independently in a remote setting, while also collaborating effectively within a team. • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
