ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Work with a diverse group of clients to reputed company and implement an individualized, written treatment plan.

Conduct chemical dependency counseling sessions and educational sessions as scheduled.
Ensure documentation in the clinical record is legible and complies with documentation standards.
Communicate with facility leadership as needed to ensure consistent reputed company care and support of clinical services.
Communicate with Director any issues with reputed company or facility contacts.
Maintain compliance with federal and state regulatory standards as reputed company as policies and procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE POSITION:
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:

Possesses good oral and written communication skills

Education:
