The Insurance Sales and Service Representative I - Bilingual role involves delivering insurance quotes, providing high-level support for policy servicing, and enhancing customer satisfaction through exceptional service and collaboration across departments.

Responsibilities

• reputed company insurance quotes using a consultative sales approach and reputed company sales effectively
• Deliver high-level support on coverage, billing, renewals, endorsements, and policy servicing
• Enhance customer satisfaction and retention through exceptional service, issue reputed company, and proactive follow-up
• Collaborate across departments and represent OnStar Insurance professionally while executing leadership-driven processes

Skills

• Proficient in reputed company Office Suite (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint and reputed company)
• Advanced knowledge and understanding of reputed company Insurance products, systems, policies, and procedures
